I don't think any of them will be busts. I think RG3 will be better than Luck though...

I think luck is gonna be a bust cuz they dont have chemistry like they did with manning(colts players)

Claiborne most likely imo..

He wont even really be a bust i think he'll just fade into average-ness and wont ever be anything super special.

For some reason i have a feeling Griffin will be pretty good, It might not come to fruition under Shannahan or even under the Redskins but i think he'll get atleast one ring.

I dont have confidence in luck being a long time success, not really a fan of the arm strength and i just have a gut feelin about him too, Luck will be a good starter in the NFL, dunno if he'll ever be Manning-esk but he'll have some accomplishments if hes got some team mates to help him along the way..
